Ha...what went wrong Rick?
Well unavoidable is probably not entirely true.
Kind of goes like this though
Making the dish for a friends dinner party, under pressure didn't pay attention to what I was doing, can't remember the speeds and times.
Arrived at the dinner party, otherwise distracted (talking and drinking), the dish was chopped up, served up and eaten up. Very nice, compliments all round, but no photo.
Arrived home late, woke up to the neighbour's yelping dog at 5am, walked around and bumped into things all day.
Sick child the next day
Work today
More ingredients required
Camera still at the friends house
Maybe tomorrow
